Implementation of Education

Implementation of education These are the collective experience from various dedicated teachers who worked in the classroom for years from kinder garden to degrees.  All these methods are formed as education principles and there are methods to implement these principles among children inside the classroom.  What we mean by implementation is that to fashion each and every lesson at all levels to deliver the values we arrive at.  Each values can be best introduced at a certain level.  When we commence these projects  we should try to fascinate and implement these education values at the lower class level and these values are to be maintained and strengthened at the higher classes.  We should create projects big and small to be practiced in the classroom, school and outside so that these projects revel new educational content and that would be our goal.      As and when we get command over the situation we should bring the concept of the values to lower classes so that it would be much better to train children at lower classes than higher classes since their learning capacities are much higher than higher classes.  The idea of accomplishment is that these values what we except from outside will be followed in the school and finally inside the classroom.  Many of the values which acquired in the society where the children are taken to and be finally integrated with the lessons in the class.  The computer is always a better teacher than the best teacher as far as facts, ideas and concepts are concerned. To learn to use the computer itself an education.  We would attain this when our teachers guide their children to select and use the computer program me for each value. Normally teaching is done with graded scale of facts, ideas and values.  To teach values along with the facts is our aim.  Its better to decondition learning than conditioning it.  The self discovery of the teacher leads the child\’s discovering the subject by themself.      What we mean of implementation is to convert personal information into impersonal knowledge.  To give knowledge is power.  To make the child to seek with interest what to learn instead of teacher giving them knowledge.  To convert information into strategy and an idea into result.  Through this one can understand the whole concept of implementation. Implementation is growth.  It is neither horizontal nor vertical, but like a pyramid.  It doesn\’t grow like a square or a rectangular block.  It moves towards a peak with a sloping gradation.  Normally growth takes place in horizontal dimension and rises at its center shrinking its width of horizontal. Practically we mean to say that, one cannot grow individually but a society grows along with an individual.  Say when aeroplane was invented only some limited people  used it, now a collective society is involved in the growth of air transport in the way of fuel industry, operation, airport maintenance, pilots, air hosters, chefs, police, engineer, doctors and much more.  Like wise the rise in population, education, spread of newspapers, awaking opportunities, reading habits, schools springs up everywhere, women education, television, radio, writing materials, willfulness to marry outside the village, all these things are each and one interrelated with each others growth.  Aurochild International school,CBSE Cuddalore does it.
